Create art using various types of stained glass and ceramic tiles. Learn the safe and proper techniques for cutting glass using wheeled nippers, running pliers, and other various glass cutting tools. Learning to use a glass grinder to shape glass will be taught. Students will explore different substrates such as wood or cement steppingstones. Lions & Tigers & Bears! Well, almost! Join Paleo Preserve Fossil Museum, to learn what amazing creatures lived in this area many years ago. Ruskin was a hotbed of discovery for these Ice Age fossils! Not only will you learn about these wonderful creatures you'll go home with a real fossil! All ages welcome! Sat, June 4 at 10:00 a.m. FREE.
