Unleash your creativity this summer! Designed for ages 12–16, this hands-on experience introduces teens to the exciting world of pottery, from hand-building techniques to wheel-throwing and glazing. Beginners or our skilled instructors will guide you through fun and engaging projects, allowing you to explore texture, form, and color. Session 4 (2 weeks) July 28 through Aug 8 (Tue, Wed, Thu).
Explore the art of hand building in this 3 week course perfect for any skill level. Each session will bring new techniques such as pinchpots, coil building, slab construction, and surface design. Make clay creations with guidance from a skilled instructor. All materials, tools, and firing is included. July 30 - Aug 13, 1:00 - 3:30 pm.

This monitored environment ensures safety and support while offering access to professional-grade tools, wheels, and kilns. Whether you are hand-building, throwing, or glazing, our staff is available during all open studio hours to assist, answer questions, and maintain a safe, respectful studio atmosphere. Must have class experience to attend. Tuesdays: 9:30am – Noon. Adults. March 2025 - December 2025.

Vocalist Allison Nash, pianist Simon Lasky, and bassist Alejandro Arenas are well known jazz artists, composers and band leaders on the Florida jazz scene. Together, they are excited to launch this new collaboration, Arenas Lasky & Nash Project - 'The Bacharach Book'. They interpret the great compositions of Burt Bacharach, with a jazz sensibility, and for a 21st Century audience.

Inspired by both the bold colors of ancient designs featured in The Etruscans exhibition, these jewelry-making classes will focus on creating eye-catching wearable art! Explore color combinations, shapes, bead sizes, and textures to make jewelry that is uniquely yours! Sundays, 1 – 4 pm., August 17, August 24, August 31. (3 classes); attend at The Firehouse in Ruskin.
Kids Pottery Class - Get your hands dirty and your creativity flowing in this fun and interactive 3-session pottery series designed just for kids! In this beginner-friendly class, young artists will explore the basics of working with clay through hand-building techniques and get an introduction to the pottery wheel. 3-Session Series (Ages 7–12) Session Length: 1 1/2 hours per session
Ken Carlyle, T.J Weger, Eric "Flycatcher" Carlson, Don Cox, and Joe Martin - provide an infectious mix of original and classic songs deeply rooted in the styles of Western Swing, Bluegrass, Americana and Zydeco.
