Valerie Gillespie and her ensemble will be playing Jazz Music from her Holiday Repertoire.

Whether performing alongside music legends or in her own neighborhood, jazz musician Valerie Gillespie is living the Lush Life — the title of her CD with the Valerie Gillespie Ensemble, which offers her signature saxophone and sentimental take on new and classic jazz songs. Valerie has been fortunate enough to have played with many of the great entertainers of our time, including; Chick Corea, Bobby McFerrin, Rosemary Clooney, George Burns, Ben Vereen, Joan Rivers, Ray Charles, Jon Faddis, Steve Allen, and Anthony Newley. Additionally, she has traveled extensively with the Xavier Cugat Orchestra in the U.S. and Japan.

The line-up on December 2 includes: Valerie Gillespie on sax and vocals, Jody Marsh (keys), Steve Boisen (bass) and Dave Rudolph (drums).
