Direct from Havana, Cuba Habana Compás Dance encompasses the rich rhythm and flow of the island, performing traditional and modern dances born from their Spanish, Cuban and African-Cuban heritage. At turns merry, melancholy, ebullient and enervating, Habana Compás Dance enthralls and entertains, bringing the best of Cuban cross-cultural energy to the stage.

The company was founded in 2004 and is directed by dancer and choreographer Liliet Rivera Puentes. Eduardo Córdova is the music director. Habana Compás Dance performances have been many on stages around Cuba and on various television programs
