The Gasparilla International Film Festival (GIFF) is a cultural arts institution operated by the non-profit Tampa Film Institute, that inspires, educates and entertains through its annual celebration of film while also supporting and cultivating the film industry of Tampa Bay and Florida.
Well-known for its annual film festival, celebrating the best independent filmmakers from around the world since the summer of 2006, GIFF has grown into an entertaining and educational year-round entity in Tampa Bay. The Firehouse Cultural Center applauds the talent and visionaries that continue to energize the Film Festival and is proud to bring this celebration of FILM to our South Shore communities.
