• Working with clay is a healthy way to focus your attention in a positive and creative way.

• Pottery allows you to shift your focus toward your creation. Your hands are an outlet for creativity. Project focus diminishes outside distractions, while interacting with fellow Veterans.

Four-session workshop is for wheel & hand thrown pottery.
