About ARConnection

ARConnection (Arencibia/Rudolph Connection) is a Tampa Bay based, modern post-bop, fusion, and Latin jazz ensemble. The group is led by pianist Pablo Arencibia and drummer Dave Rudolph with Latin Grammy nominee Mauricio J. Rodriguez on bass. This group, labeled Brothers in Jazz for their profound musical connection, delivers compelling original compositions and deep improvisational dialogues. Drawing inspiration from music legends including Herbie Hancock, Brian Blade, and Chick Corea, ARConnection provides virtuosic performances that bridge tradition and innovation. They are honored to be recipients of the 2026 Palladium Creative Fellowship.
