Make a Mug for Yourself & Special Someone

NEW DATES
Tuesdays, April 18 & 25 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, (first two classes are two hours)
Tuesday, May 9 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm, (last class is one hour).

In this workshop, you will be introduced to wheel throwing to make a mug for you and a special someone in your life!

  • In class one, you will be introduced to the Potters wheel and the creation of a cylinder for a mug!
  • During class two, we will apply designs using spring molds and stamps and then form and attach handles.
  • Finally after a week break to allow clay to dry and be fired, class will resume for a third week. In the third class, glazes will be applied to add the final details to this special mug. (last class is one hour)
