Unleash your creativity this summer! Designed for ages 12–16, this hands-on experience introduces teens to the exciting world of pottery, from hand-building techniques to wheel-throwing and glazing. Beginners or our skilled instructors will guide you through fun and engaging projects, allowing you to explore texture, form, and color. Session 4 (2 weeks) July 28 through Aug 8 (Tue, Wed, Thu).
Explore the art of hand building in this 3 week course perfect for any skill level. Each session will bring new techniques such as pinchpots, coil building, slab construction, and surface design. Vocalist Allison Nash, pianist Simon Lasky, and bassist Alejandro Arenas are well known jazz artists, composers and band leaders on the Florida jazz scene. Together, they are excited to launch this new collaboration, Arenas Lasky & Nash Project - 'The Bacharach Book'. They interpret the great compositions of Burt Bacharach, with a jazz sensibility, and for a 21st Century audience.
