Learn how to create spiral designs around beads to create eye-catching jewelry. Choose to make a pair of earrings along with either a necklace or a bracelet. A wide choice of bead colors will be offered as well as gold or silver-tone wire and findings. This is a great technique to make stylish jewelry at home by recycling existing beaded jewelry or loose beads.

The entire crowd expects Casey to knock in a home run, but has he practiced enough? The audience will learn about the birth of radio, the Women’s Suffrage movement, and about being a good sport. A musical melange of your favorite Broadway hits! An audience awaits the arrival of a famed matinee idol. While cleaning the performer’s dressing room, two maids discover a stage trunk full of props and costumes. Quickly, it becomes apparent that both are frustrated performers as they begin to fantasize and enact songs and scenes from their favorite productions with the audience. Both enjoy pretending to be ‘paid actors’, but what happens when the “star” shows up to find that his dressing room has been commandeered for this impromptu performance? This hilarious romp is a fun filled escapade from Gilbert and Sullivan to Andrew Lloyd Webber!

In 1980 Ed started his first blues band on Long Island, N.Y. Since relocating to Florida he has shared the stage with many great local players. In addition to writing songs, playing the guitar, and repairing guitars, Ed also finds time to give lessons on guitar, bass, harmonica, and slide guitar. Ed will be joined by another great local musician, Chuck Riley, on bass.

Josette Urso’s paintings, collages, and drawings address a range of the artist’s interests. Her paintings explore qualities of Urso’s immediate surroundings both in and out of doors. Josette Urso was born in Tampa, Florida and currently lives and works in New York City. She received her BFA/Drawing and MFA/Painting from the University of South Florida. Our artist in residence will be with us November 16-21, with multiple opportunities to learn from one of the best!

Rahn Hortman never thought that one day seasoned veterans of comedy would give him personal praise for his own stage show being "refreshing" and "a departure from the norm". Bill Zapf was injured in a hockey accident up in the Great White North. The former hockey player, skydiver, and bungee jumper has always had a love for comedy and has been making people laugh his entire life.
