Unleash your creativity this summer! Designed for ages 12–16, this hands-on experience introduces teens to the exciting world of pottery, from hand-building techniques to wheel-throwing and glazing. Beginners or our skilled instructors will guide you through fun and engaging projects, allowing you to explore texture, form, and color. Session 4 (2 weeks) July 28 through Aug 8 (Tue, Wed, Thu).

This monitored environment ensures safety and support while offering access to professional-grade tools, wheels, and kilns. Whether you are hand-building, throwing, or glazing, our staff is available during all open studio hours to assist, answer questions, and maintain a safe, respectful studio atmosphere. Must have class experience to attend. Tuesdays: 9:30am – Noon. Adults. March 2025 - December 2025.

Every 2nd Thursday through summer months June, July, Aug, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Will be at FCC Annex building. Strengthen your skills in our monitored figure drawing session with a variety of timed poses. Bring your chalk, paint, charcoal or pencil, you choose the medium! Model varies by session. Please reserve online or by phone, 813-645-7651. Reservations are Limited. Your $15 cash tuition is due at the door.

Adults 55+ | Beginner-Intermediate Level | with Elizabeth Mason. Inspired by both the bold colors of ancient designs featured in The Etruscans exhibition, these jewelry-making classes will focus on creating eye-catching wearable art! Explore color combinations, shapes, bead sizes, and textures to make jewelry that is uniquely yours! Sundays, 1 – 4 pm., August 17, August 24, August 31. (3 classes); attend at The Firehouse in Ruskin.
