Studio 55 is the new community programming sponsored by Tampa Museum of Art for adults 55 and older to connect over art and artmaking.
Create your own book in this class. Draw, paint, or, write inside of your creation! Share it with your classmates. Saturdays, 1 – 4 pm. Sept 7 – Nov 2 *no class Sept 28 (8 classes) – attend at The Firehouse in Ruskin.

Firehouse Cultural Center in partnership with Patel Conservatory @Straz Center presents: Drama/Comedy Theater for Kids.

Each Art Play Date Session is a stand-alone session for caregiver and child artist to play with materials and create a collaborative project. This class is Saturday, Oct 19 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Firehouse Cultural Center.

Students learn the basics of wheel throwing by forming and throwing simple shapes on the potter’s wheel. More advanced students will build upon the basics to create larger, more advanced projects. Discover varying throwing techniques, forms and glazing.
