Ten (10) weeks of fun for your Campers ages 7-15! You may choose a single week, multiple weeks, or every week. Explore a different theme each week from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm, with snack times & lunch break – all in a creative and safe environment. Some weeks culminate with a “Show & Share” for Family and Friends. Each Art Play Date Session is a stand-alone session for caregiver and child artist to play with materials and create a collaborative project. This class is Saturday, July 13 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Firehouse Cultural Center.

Students learn the basics of wheel throwing by forming and throwing simple shapes on the potter’s wheel. More advanced students will build upon the basics to create larger, more advanced projects. Discover varying throwing techniques, forms and glazing.
Materials & firings included. Age 18 to Adult.

Teen artists will explore a variety of mediums and work closely with innovative local teaching artists. With mentorship and socialization at the forefront, they’ll learn about different paths in art while developing their skills and experimenting with new techniques.
