Chris has been doing comedy for over 25 years in many forms, and Bill "Bull" Ohse is a national touring comedian with a unique brand of comedy that always leaves the audience wanting more. Chris “Kid” Royal has enjoyed a career in music spanning over 30 years. Based in St. Petersburg, Fl, Chris has a history in the blues music scene. He has played in various countries and festivals around the globe including the Montreal Jazz Festival and Notodden Blues Festival in Norway. You’ll discover the joy of working with clay in this hands-on, beginner to intermediate course focused on the fundamentals of wheel throwing. In 5 weeks, you'll learn how to center clay, pull walls, and shape basic forms like bowls, mugs, and cylinders. We'll also cover trimming, surface decoration, and glazing techniques so you can finish and fire your own unique pieces. No experience necessary – just bring your curiosity and willingness to get your hands dirty! Includes 25 lbs. of clay, glaze and firing. Thursdays, 9:30 am until 12:00 pm, Aug 13 – Sept 10 (5 weeks).

The St. Pete Collective Band is comprised of accomplished musicians from the St. Petersburg, Florida area. With the members having busy careers in varying musical styles, they come together to pay homage to the music of their favorite artists. They are currently performing the music of James Taylor.
