Nine (9) weeks of fun for your Campers ages 7-14! You may choose a single week, a mix of seven weeks, or every week. Explore a different theme each week from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm, with snack times & lunch break – all in a creative and safe environment. Each week culminates with a “Stage Performance” for Family and Friends. These camps fill up fast, so call 813-645-7651 now or register online at www.firehouseculturalcenter.org. Create art using various types of stained glass and ceramic tiles. Learn the safe and proper techniques for cutting glass using wheeled nippers, running pliers, and other various glass cutting tools. Learning to use a glass grinder to shape glass will be taught. Students will explore different substrates such as wood or cement steppingstones. Methods for this class will include demonstrations, hands on practice, and one-on-one coaching from the instructor.
