Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns called tangles. Create with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves and orbs. These simple shapes are the "Elemental Strokes" in all Zentangle art. Drawing with deliberate focus reduces stress thru mindful, creative meditation. Patterns, Pen & Materials Supplied. This course is designed for beginner to intermediate level experiences with a desire to learn how to paint in acrylics and learn the versatility of this water medium. In this course you will learn how to get started in prepping your canvas, how to transfer your own reference and how to start painting. Wednesdays, May 26 – June 9, 2021

Explore a different theme each week from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm, with snack times & lunch break – all in a creative and safe environment. Fundamentals of Drawing 101: One of the main focuses will be on training the eye how to see. Increase your skill-set with depth, shading and color choice.
