Unleash your creativity this summer! Designed for ages 12–16, this hands-on experience introduces teens to the exciting world of pottery, from hand-building techniques to wheel-throwing and glazing. Beginners or our skilled instructors will guide you through fun and engaging projects, allowing you to explore texture, form, and color. Session 3 (2 weeks) July 14 through July 25 (Mon, Wed, Fri).
This series of classes is an introduction to the unique world of wire-wrapped jewelry. Use a variety of jewelry-making tools, wire, and metals to manipulate wire into shapes, create strength and texture, and understand and incorporate beads and other embellishments into your designs. All inspired by the many symbolic forms and shapes in the Art of Coptic Egypt exhibition. Sundays, 1 – 4 pm. July 20, July 27, August 8. (3 classes)
