Students learn the basics of wheel throwing by forming and throwing simple shapes on the potter’s wheel. More advanced students will build upon the basics to create larger, more advanced projects. Discover varying throwing techniques, forms and glazing.

BOOK FOR THE MONTH! Learn the basics of how to form clay through pinching, coil building, and working with slabs. Combine these forming methods together to make some fun shapes! Students should expect to make several pieces using these techniques. With introduction of wheel throwing. Clay, tools, glazing and firing included. Tuesdays: 9:30am – 11:30am Adults. Alice, our pint-sized heroine, ditches boredom and follows a white rabbit with a serious case of the zoomies, landing ker-plop in Wonderland.
