Studio 55 is the new community programming sponsored by Tampa Museum of Art for adults 55 and older to connect over art and artmaking.
Mixed Media Collage is an eight-week course full of artistic experimentation with mixed techniques and embellishment.

Every Thursday, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Strengthen your skills in our monitored figure drawing session with a variety of timed poses. Bring your chalk, paint, charcoal or pencil, you choose the medium. Presented for the very first time in the United States, this is a wonderful version of Alice In Wonderland!
Buckle up, buttercup, for a tumble down the rabbit hole into a world wilder than a tea party on a sugar rush! Alice, our pint-sized heroine, ditches boredom and follows a white rabbit with a serious case of the zoomies, landing ker-plop in Wonderland. This Wonderland welcomes everyone with open arms – from tiny tots to grown-up goofballs, it’s a show for the whole family! Students learn the basics of wheel throwing by forming and throwing simple shapes on the potter’s wheel. More advanced students will build upon the basics to create larger, more advanced projects. Discover varying throwing techniques, forms and glazing.
